Former high-level athleteCare for athletes, from returning to sport to injury prevention
Conditions
What can I help with?
Persistent pain is at the heart of my practice, but I also see patients for recent pain, sciatica or sports-related problems.
Low back pain
And any other musculoskeletal pain: neck pain, tendon problems, shoulder or knee pain, for example.
Sciatica
And any other pain radiating into the legs or arms, such as cervical radiculopathy or femoral nerve pain.
Persistent pain
Pain that has lasted for more than three months. Together, we explore the factors linked to your pain to find solutions that suit you.
Sports-related pain
Pain related to your physical activity, returning to sport after an injury, and injury prevention.

My approach
Understand, act, become independent
My practice draws on pain neuroscience and the biopsychosocial model: your body, but also sleep, stress and activity all influence what you feel.
Understanding
Making sense of your symptoms and of what influences them.
Action
Hands-on techniques and exercises tailored to your situation and your pace.
Independence
Practical tools to feel more comfortable day to day and to know what to do next.

Athletes
A former high-level athlete by your side
As a former high-level judoka, I know the demands of training and competition. Having completed further courses in training programme design and injury prevention, I support athletes at every stage.

Your osteopath
I qualified as an osteopath (D.O.) in 2025 from the Andrew Taylor Still Academy, a school approved by the French Ministry of Health, and I see patients at the practice on rue de Créqui, in Lyon’s 6th district.
My goal is to help you understand your pain better and to find solutions that suit you, with respect for your history and your needs.
My priority: to welcome you with kindness, to support you with care and clarity, and to give you tools to manage your pain day to day.

FAQ
Before your visit
Everything you need to know before your first session.
Any other questions?
Call +33 6 01 10 60 36Can the whole session be in English?
Yes. From the first questions to the exercises and advice for afterwards, the session can be held entirely in English.
Do I need a referral to see an osteopath?
No. In France, you can see an osteopath directly, without a doctor’s prescription. French regulations set two exceptions, which require prior clearance from a doctor: manipulation of the neck at any age, and manipulation of the skull, face or spine of a baby under 6 months.
Is an osteopath a doctor in France?
No. In France, osteopaths are not medical doctors: the D.O. is a French diploma in osteopathy, not the American Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. Osteopathy does not replace medical advice, and I will refer you to a doctor whenever needed.
Is the session reimbursed?
The session (€65) is not reimbursed by the French national health insurance (Assurance Maladie), the Carte Vitale is not accepted and there is no direct billing (tiers payant). Many French top-up health insurers (mutuelles) cover part of the cost, depending on your policy; if you have international health insurance, check your cover. You can receive an invoice after the session. Payment by cash, card, cheque or bank transfer.

Yes, I see patients of all ages, from children to seniors, whether they play sport or not.
Are evening and weekend appointments available?
Yes: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 9 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 2 pm. Available slots are shown in real time on Doctolib.
How do I get to the practice?
The practice is at 139 rue de Créqui, in Lyon’s 6th district, a 5-minute walk from Foch metro station (line A). There is paid public parking on the street in front of the practice.
What should I do in an emergency?
